Coaches/Managers are expected to pay Officials prior to the game starting. You can pay officials in cash, by check, or by Paypal/Venmo if the official(s) accepts those methods of payment.
Payment for services between the Coach/Manager and the Official are not the responsibility of HireARef. HireARef exists to help organize and link Coaches/Managers with Officials, but payment is 100% the responsibility of the Coach or Manager that posted the game. If you have an issue with payment for a game, you can add that to your rating for the game and submit a dispute with HireARef.
